Our plants allow us to carry out production thanks to all the most common methods of hot steel deformation: open die forging, stamping, and rolling.
Lathes, milling cutters, and machining centers, integrated with the company information system, allow us to work every kind of steel with accuracy and precision.
To meet the growing market demand, we have implemented automatic systems for welding overlay with TIG process.
A semi-automatic system for carrying out the dye penetrant inspections, installed in Cortenova, combined with a magnetoscopic control bench, completes the equipment for non-destructive testing.
At the Cortenova site, we also have an air-conditioned department and a 3D control machine (CMM), through which we are able to verify product measurements with more accurate tolerances.
