The Board of Directors, in compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023 which transposes the European Directive 2019/1937, has adopted the Whistleblowing Procedure which represents one of the tools that Officine Santafede relies on to monitor the application of these principles and intervenes promptly to ascertain any violations and limit conducts not in line with the company’s expectations.
